“Mayberry Investors” was formed by a diverse and seasoned team of real estate professionals in order to take advantage of attractive ownership opportunities for themselves and their investors. Specifically in leased commercial real estate including Office, Industrial and Retail in select U.S. markets. Each market must meet or exceed Mayberry’s own unique combination of selection criteria and underwriting in order to be considered for presentation to our investors.
The proverbial real estate adage of “location, location, location” has been redefined by Mayberry Investors. It incorporates what only “real world experience” can provide to proven veterans. Time and time again even the very best location can stall or even fail if the timing is wrong, the economy changes, financing adjusts, the real estate cycle reaches a critical turning point, the essential transaction structure is flawed or the underwriting is too shallow or emotional.
Mayberry targets assets sized generally between $3 and $10 million providing a 'niche' investment size that is below assets sought by larger institutional investors and above the individual capability of many buyers. We actively target primary, secondary
and tertiary markets if they meet the 'Mayberry Market' selection criteria.
